I know some what how you feel. I have just met an amazing man who is negative but he is worried I am going to give him this. I wish I was neg, but I have to get on with my life, I can't change my life now. Keep strong and try and live your life to the full.

Freda:
If I can help with my product in any way, I shall. I have donated the product just to make others functional and feeling better. I will continue to do all I can for others.

Then name the product. It's ingredients, peer reviewed human studies etc.
Let us decide, as a whole, for ourselves.

Hello,
DDepression is just part of any major illness or trauma. This must be addressed so you can enjoy life again. I hated the morning because each day was a struggle. I told my doc and he recommended an antidepressant to resolve some of my fears. I took a small dose of lexapro. And it reacted quickly. Within two days I actually liked being in my body again. That’s a feeling I haven’t had for a long time. I suggested a good physician who understands depression for you needs. Life still can be good. Good luck. .

Funny that JLori has never seen fit to answer Freda's post hmmnnn??

Chrissy, it has been a good lil while since the guy left and I was wondering just how you have been making out at all? I hope everything is alright with you after some time now. I know its tough and I have been around a bit so I have seen countless situations like you are in and I have it pretty tough myself right about now but never give up, the kid thank God is prob doing much better than you are and with treatments today the kid is in good shape to maybe catch some kind of answer to this before its all said and done, I am hoping though that you are recieving good info from friends and your Doc's. I WOULD NOT have that kid on Meds until it is time, the "time" has changed so many times during the years and now with the way things are I would NEVER EVER have a kid in Meds before the count was about 250, the meds are so strong that they will do more harm than good, if they started the kid too early than PLEASE stop the meds NOW, and wait and see.............

You dont perish overnight but I am around long enough to see ALL the people that started treatment too early in my opinion ALL DIE, every single one of them while I held out and refused to start meds until last year and I am living with this since the early 80's so I DO KNOW WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT, so please take this into account, it is the biggest blunder all Dr's make thinking they are erring on the side of the patient but they are indeed wrong.

DEPRESSION IS ONE OF THE MAJOR PROBLEM ASSOCIATING WIHT HIV, IT HAPPEN TO EVERYONE OF US.
WE HAVE TO COPE WITH IT, LEXAPRO IS GOOD MED. FOR IT .
BUT IF YOU CAN DEVELOPE NATURAL WAY TO COPE THE BETTER COS EVERY MED HAS ITS SIDE EFFECT. JUST DONT INVOLVE IN SOMETHING THAT MAKE YOU FEEL REGECTED. YOU ARE SICK,NO ONE LIKES IT.YOU CAN STILL MEET YOUR CHOICE IN HIV FOLD AND LIVE ON, NOTHING TO FEAR AND HIDE,,GOOD LUCK FOM EUROPE. CHRISSY

With any illness, as well as HIV, never take anything without running it by your doctor first.
Even though things are billed as "natural" or from plants etc, they can still cause toxic reactions in people.
Never ever take anything without consulting an expert in that field

The isolation can be very depressing. The constant demand this disease places on us can be damaging in many was. I think coping physically it gets easier over time or simply we grow accustomer to the challenges and discomforts to every day phyisical limitations.

the intellectual and emotional isolation can be very demoralizing. I have found that I increasingly withdrawn for many of the activities and interactions I once thrived upon.

it is important to take time for one's self and recognize the thoughts and situations that drag us down. More meds can help but try to be self-observant. recognize those situations and conditions that impact your psyche before that get a grip on you.

i don't know in order to post this, i had to have the word HIV in my paragraph. i absoltly hate saying that word, only because its eating at me. anyone with their significant other who is negative had any luck with having children who are also negative? i've read articles with great success.. so what they say. I want a family so bad.. thats my only depression of this three letter word.
