In February 2009 I awoke one morning with severe abdominal pain just below my belly button the pain was persistant for a week. After the pain subsided my intestines went berserk lots of rumbling and gurgling noises. At the same time I noticed swelling of my lymphnodes in my groin. The swelling on my left side has gone down but I still have swollen nodes on my right and my intestines growl all the time. I have since developed and white rash on my penis that is only noticeable when I get an erection. I have horrible fatigue and my stools are alway loose and tend to float (which from what I have read is a sign of malabsorption)
All this occured 6 months after having unprotected sex with a female who I had a short term relationship with who later told me she had herpes but now believe she deliberately infected me with HIV. I had asked her whether she had any STD's to which she replied NO and now I am having all these health problems.
My Doctor is trying to tell me that I have IBS and I went to a GI doctor and he is trying to tell me the same thing.
I want to go to the authorities because what this woman has done is criminal, I am so angry with my self for being so trusting and at her for obviously lying to me. I would really appreciate someone who is positive to give me their opinion as my Doctor says I don't have it but I am just not convinced.

Confidential HIV & AIDS Home Test Kit
Results over phone, anonymous testing in privacy of your home. FDA approved! Accurate!
This approved system uses a simple finger prick process for home blood collection which results in dried blood spots
on special paper. The dried blood spots are mailed to a laboratory with a confidential and anonymous personal
identification number (PIN), and analyzed by trained clinicians in a certified medical laboratory using the same
procedures that are used for samples taken in a doctor's office.
