Advanced Focus, a national marketing research company, is interested in speaking to patients regarding Health Conditions. All of our focus groups and discussions are for marketing research purposes only. Your confidentiality will be maintained and only statistics are used. Below please find a summary of the details.

This is a 45 minute telephone interview.
